The Listing Assistant is committed to making thelistingassistant.com easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page, and a clear page structure with headings and landmarks.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
• Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Labels on every form field, and text alternatives for meaningful images, including our QR code.
• A layout that adapts to phones and tablets and supports zooming and larger text.
• Reduced motion for visitors who have asked their device to limit animation.

Known limits

Some pages and tools, such as our payment page and embedded forms, are provided by outside services. We work with them to keep those pages accessible, but we cannot control every part of them. We review the Site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
